If you have ordered an incorrect ring size we offer a free resizing service. You only pay for return postage. If you need this service please contact us for details. This is only available once per ring ordered and any subsequent requests become chargeable.

Our 30-day returns policy allows you to return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange or a different ring size subject to the following conditions:

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. This means that the item must be unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and labels intact.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Items that are clearly marked on the site as “Made for You” are literally that and as such they are custom items that cannot be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the item or shipping was charged in error.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and use an insured service like Royal Mail Special Delivery and insurance when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it to ensure that it complies with our return policy. If the item is in good condition and meets our return policy criteria we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
